    ALL PO-HI STUDENTS, returning and new to the district, MUST be registered through the PowerSchool Parent Portal during the registration window before they can attend the Po-Hi Back To School Prep on August 8. 



    Thursday, August 8th

                                                                        7:30 AM – 9:30 AM             11th & 12th Grade Students

                                                                        9:30 AM – 11:30 AM           10th Grade Students

                                                                        1:30 PM – 3:00 PM              9th Grade Students

                                                                        3:30 PM – 6:00 PM              Make-Up Time for  9th – 12th Grades


    We no longer present a 'Freshmen Orientation' See the article below to learn about the NEW Wildcat Way class!


    Students will get their Student ID's, pay chromebook fee ($30), pay for student parking stickers ($20 bring DL & Insurance) and get them placed on their vehicles, school tours, view their schedules on PowerSchool to find their classes and lockers. Students can also visit with the clubs & organizations that are offered at Po-Hi. The booster clubs and Spirit Mall will be selling Wildcat Apparel, athletic passes, etc. 2018-19 Yearbooks can be picked up and there will be extras to purchase as well as order your 2019-20 Yearbook. Food nutrition will be available so that money can be put on lunch accounts.

    Diplomas ARE NOT mailed out!

    You will need to bring a photo ID to the Po-Hi Main Office to pick up your diploma.

    Final transcripts that were requested to be sent to colleges will be mailed out the week of June 3rd.


    -If you have a chromebook that you did not check in, lunch fees or you borrowed a cap & gown please return these items when you come to pick up your diploma. NHS and Top Ten will need to return their stoles.


    **There are construction projects happening to our facility throughout the summer.**

    If you cannot access the Main Entrance from 5th St you will need to use the student parking lot entrance.

    This new orientation course will take the place will of the Freshmen Orientation Meeting that usually takes place the week before school starts. Please CLICK HERE to view information about this course.

    Special education services for children with disabilities ages 3 to 21 are available for residents of the Ponca City School district through the Ponca City Public Schools. Parent & Student Access Login

  • Parents/guardians have been given a login letter during enrollment. If you did not get one, you will need to go to the school where their child is enrolled in order to sign up and get a username and password. A valid photo ID will be required to verify legal guardian status. After obtaining the username and password, go to PowerSchool to log in.
