Academic Services

Tutoring in ALL Subjects:

  • In class small groups and one on one
  • Pullouts of small groups and one on one

Reading enrichments:

  • Activities and games that strengthen reading skills
  • Reading out loud in small groups
  • Facilitating AR tests in a setting that helps students
  • Using IPADS to reinforce reading skills

Reading interventions:

  • Extra work on sight words
  • Helping students complete extra reading work sheets
  • Using manipulatives and programs like Reading Mastery to increase reading skills
  • Helping with reading fluency and comprehension
  • Providing incentives for effort as well as success or progress

Math Interventions

  • Using IPADS to reinforce math concepts
  • Using Factivation and other programs to help with new math concepts
  • Extra work on math problems and worksheets
  • Help with accelerated math
  • Activities and games that build math skills
