Title VII - Our Mission

Our Vision: To greatly increase the level of achievement of PCPS's Native American Students

Our Mission: To effectively tutor, assist and guide
Ponca City Public School's Native American Students to ensure academic success.

Title VII is a federal program administered by the Ponca City School District. It's primary goals are increasing the math and reading levels of students of Native American descent. Students need not be enrolled members of a tribe. The only requirement to be included in the Title VII program is that the students have on file a 506 Form completed by their parent or guardian.

This form needs to be completed only once and it is in effect throughout the students school career. The benefits for a Title VII student are one-on-one tutoring or counseling, if needed, and access to special presentations and programs.

Parents, if your student is of Native American descent and you want
them included in the Title VII program, please fill out and return the 506 Form to school.
