          The Human Resource Department coordinates district recruitment, employment benefits, workers compensation, teacher residency, compensation, compliance and record-keeping activities for over 1,000 contracted employees and substitutes. The HR Department is dedicated to customer service and strives to provide exceptional assistance and support for district personnel and the community. They are committed to hiring and retaining the most qualified personnel to provide optimum educational opportunities for Ponca City students.
