A new rooftop unit is being installed at the existing Fine Arts Building to replace the original 1970 chiller unit. The new unit is a local product from Custom Mechanical Equipment (CME) that is being installed by Stolhand Wells Group (SWG). This is a major infrastructure improvement through federal ESSER funds.
