Mrs. Parr’s AP English class at Ponca City High School recently welcomed a special guest—Po-Hi Class of 2005 graduate Phillip Chapman.
Chapman, who writes under the pen name Ethan Richards, is the author of three published books. During his visit, he spoke to students about the writing process, sharing personal experiences, creative insights, and practical advice for aspiring writers.
In addition to his accomplishments as an author, Chapman works in law enforcement and serves in the Army Reserves following his time as an Army Ranger. He currently resides in Tampa, Florida, but took time to inspire students in his hometown with lessons on dedication, creativity, and perseverance in both writing and life.
