Ponca City Public Schools will open enrollment for incoming Pre-K students and private school students who are new to the district beginning May 4 through May 15.
Enrollment will take place by appointment only at the Enrollment Center, 111 W. Grand Ave. Parents and guardians can schedule an appointment by scanning the QR code provided.
Families are encouraged to schedule their appointment during this enrollment window to ensure students are enrolled in time for the upcoming school year and to help secure placement at their home school.
Parents and guardians should bring the following required documentation to their appointment:
Up-to-date shot records (Required Vaccinations can be found at https://www.pcps.us/page/enrollment)
Birth certificate or birth record
Parent/guardian photo ID
Proof of residency (such as a current water or electric bill)
