Mr. Lamar was voted as the East Middle School Teacher of the Year at the end of the school year last year by the teachers at East. Now, he has been voted by a district panel of teachers from all schools in the district to represent the entire district as Ponca City Teacher of the Year. Congratulations Mr. Lamar!
