Ponca City Public Schools (PCPS) is inviting the community to help support local students and families through food and monetary donations.

The district has established a central distribution site at Ponca City High School to collect and organize donations that will be shared with students and families across all school sites.

Community members wishing to contribute can donate non-perishable food items that do not require additional ingredients to prepare. Suggested items include:

  • Canned meats, soups, fruits, and vegetables

  • Boxed meals such as microwave macaroni and cheese, pasta, and rice dishes

  • Peanut butter, crackers, protein bars and granola bars

Please check expiration dates before donating to ensure items are fresh and safe for distribution.

Donations may be dropped off at Po-Hi. To arrange a drop-off time, please contact Hannah Townsley at (580)767-9500 ext. 4805 or townsh@pcps.us.

Monetary donations may also be made to PCPS, care of Erika Johnson, to help purchase needed food and supplies for district families. Donations given to a specific school site will be directed to that school, while general donations will support students districtwide.

Another way to make a difference is through cash donations to NERA (New Emergency Resource Agency), which serves the greater Ponca City community by providing food and emergency assistance to families in need.
