Ponca City Public Schools will open online enrollment for current returning students for the 2026–2027 school year on April 7, 2026.

All students planning to attend Ponca City Public Schools must complete the online enrollment process each year to ensure that district and state-required information remains accurate and up to date. Due to class size limits at elementary sites, parents are encouraged to pre-enroll their child early to help secure placement at their home school.

Parents and guardians can complete enrollment through the PowerSchool Parent Portal, which can be accessed through the PowerSchool link on the district website or directly at: https://pcps.guardian.powerschool.com/

Enrollment can be completed using iPads, computers, or cell phones, including through the PowerSchool for Parents App. For further instructions go to https://www.pcps.us/page/enrollment.

If assistance is needed with a PowerSchool username or password, parents or guardians should contact their student’s school directly. Account information cannot be provided over the phone, assistance must be provided in person.

As part of the enrollment process, the following immunization requirements must be met:

● Kindergarten Students: Kindergarten students who have not yet completed the required immunizations must present an updated immunization record or upload a copy through student forms in order to complete enrollment.

● 7th Grade Students: All students entering 7th grade for the 26-27 school year are required to have received the Adult Tdap booster. Parents should provide an updated immunization record through student forms or submit a copy to West Middle School.

Applications for Child Nutrition benefits for the upcoming school year will be available after July 1, 2026.

For additional information, families are encouraged to contact their child’s school or visit the Ponca City Public Schools website
